All commitments made by the Commission under the programmes covered in paragraph 1, which are still outstanding on the date of accession, are subject to this regulation from the date of accession. 11. Croatia takes appropriate measures, if necessary, to adapt its position vis-à-vis international organisations and international instruments to which the Union or other Member States are also parties to the rights and obligations arising from Croatia`s accession to the Union. The provisions of the legislation, regulations or administrative measures aimed at ensuring the protection of the health of workers and the public in Croatia from the dangers of ionizing radiation are notified to the Commission within three months of accession, in accordance with Article 33 of the ECECB Treaty. Eggs from these un enriched cages can only be marketed on the Croatian market. These eggs and their packaging must be clearly marked with a special marking allowing the necessary checks. A clear description of this special mark is provided to the Commission no later than one year before the accession date. A certified copy of the international agreements filed in the archives of the General Secretariat of the Council is forwarded to the Government of the Republic of Croatia by the Secretary-General. Companies do not receive new rescue or restructuring assistance until they have at least 10 years of the signing of the privatization contract. Following Croatia`s accession, the Commission orders Croatia to recover aid for rescue or restructuring at compound interest rates in violation of this provision. Member States in which the provisions of paragraphs 3, 4 or 5 apply to Croatian nationals, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4 or 5, may apply the provisions in the second and third paragraphs of this paragraph until the end of the seven-year period following the date of accession.
